Summit Jet: Climb Gym Challenges and Six Big Routes in VR, Then Fly the Jetpack
How Summit Jet teaches climbing in a VR gym, then follows six story routes to a jetpack flight.

“How Summit Jet teaches climbing in a VR gym, then follows six story routes to a jetpack flight.”
Summit Jet is a climbing adventure you play in a VR headset. You start on gym walls, learn the grip, and then follow a missing climber's trail across six big routes to a final summit that unlocks a jetpack.
It is coming soon on aeternusvita.io. Visit Summit Jet to get notified when it is ready. This guide explains what it is, how it works and who it tends to suit, using only the official brief and store copy.
What Summit Jet is
Summit Jet is described in one line as climb gym challenges and huge routes in VR, then fly a jetpack. The subtitle is climb hard, then take flight.
It is made by aeternusvita.io. You stay in the VR headset from the first gym hold to that flight.
The brief keeps the scope clear. You begin in a gym. A speed wall, bouldering puzzles and an endurance climb teach you the grip. The story follows a climber who built a jetpack and went missing. Six climbs carry the trail across sea stacks, desert towers, ice falls, big walls and a volcano. The routes are inspired by real climbing ground. Clues turn up as you ascend.
That is the shape of the game. Gym to big wall, with a jetpack waiting at the end.
Summit Jet is listed as coming soon. Nothing has been submitted to a store and no release date, price, ratings or reviews have been set. This post sticks to what the brief confirms.
How the gym teaches the grip
You start in a climbing gym. The brief names three challenges: a speed wall, bouldering puzzles and an endurance climb.
The gym is the tutorial. The speed wall is about moving quickly between holds. Bouldering puzzles ask you to read a short sequence and choose the right holds. The endurance climb asks you to keep going and hold your form over a longer stretch.
You can run those challenges again after the lesson. That lets you practise the grip before you move on to the trail.
Take your time there before the routes get bigger.
Six story climbs on the missing climber's trail
After the gym, the story takes over. Six climbs carry the trail across sea stacks, desert towers, ice falls, big walls and a volcano. Each climb is a chapter on the missing climber's trail.
The routes are inspired by real climbing ground. Sea stacks are narrow rock above water. Desert towers are steep and exposed. Ice falls change the surface under your hands. Big walls are long and sustained. The volcano caps the sequence at the last summit.
Clues turn up as you ascend. You follow the trail the missing climber left, and the six routes link together as that trail.
You stay in the headset the whole way, from the first gym hold to the later flight.
Power-ups that change a passage
Four power-ups appear on the trail. The brief lists them in every locale: a grip boost, a chalk burst, a grapple and a wind ride.
Each one changes a passage, and the effects are big. A grip boost helps you hold through a difficult section. A chalk burst supports the grip at a key moment. A grapple covers a gap you cannot reach by hand. A wind ride carries you across a passage where the air does part of the work.
They are not always on. They change a passage when the route calls for it. The brief does not list values or cooldowns, so this guide stays at what the tool does for the climb. The holds set the line, the power-up opens a variation on that line.
Ghost races and replaying the wall
Summit Jet includes ghost races. The brief says ghost races put a recorded climb on the same route.
You see that recorded climb on the wall with you. It follows the same holds and line, so you can climb alongside it and measure your effort on a route you already know.
The ghost race sits alongside replay. The gym challenges can be run again after the lesson, and the six story climbs can be revisited once you have learned the line. The brief does not name leaderboards or online multiplayer, so this guide does not assume them. The feature on file is a recorded climb on the same route.
If you like to improve by repetition, learn the sequence and try the line again.
The jetpack and free flight after the last summit
The final summit opens the jetpack. After that, you can fly.
That is the ending the story builds towards. The climber who went missing built a jetpack. You follow the trail across the six climbs, pick up clues as you go, and the last summit gives you the pack.
The brief lists it as a jetpack and free flight after the last summit. Free flight is post-game. You take the jetpack off the last summit and use it to move through the space you have just climbed. The arc is gym to trail to flight, all inside VR.
Who it suits and what to expect in the headset
Summit Jet is in the factory category games. The brief names platforms as Meta Quest, Android XR and Web, with a hosted web build and signed packages ready for Google Play, Meta Horizon, SideQuest and itch.io pending account setup. It is built with Godot for Quest and Web, and the desktop smoke test has passed. For comfort, the brief notes vignette, snap options, guardian margins and a seated option.
You play with your hands and arms. You reach for holds, shift weight and look for the next placement. The gym keeps the first moves simple. The story routes add length and exposure step by step.
If you climb or boulder, the draw is line reading. The routes are inspired by real climbing ground, so holds and lines lean on familiar rock shapes. The three gym modes map to things you know: speed, sequencing and endurance.
If you are new to climbing games, the gym is a clear on-ramp. The speed wall gives you pace, the bouldering puzzles give you sequencing, and the endurance climb gives you sustained movement. You can run them again after the lesson before the first sea stack.
If you like single-player adventures with a clear trail, the missing climber thread links the six climbs. You follow clues as you ascend, and the jetpack at the last summit marks the end of that trail and the start of free flight.
Leave enough space to move your arms and use the headset guardian and comfort settings.
What coming soon means and how to get notified
Summit Jet is listed as coming soon on aeternusvita.io. That is the only availability status on file. No release date, store IDs, price, ratings or reviews have been set, and nothing has been submitted to stores. The ready score is 92, which reflects a hosted web build that has passed a smoke test, signed Android and Quest packages ready, listings and art on file, and work still to do before submission, including account setup and a human headset test.
The privacy policy URL is proposed but not yet live, and store IDs are not yet assigned.
To keep up, head to Summit Jet and use the notify option on the product page. That is the place aeternusvita.io will update when the coming soon status changes. For now it is coming soon, nothing more.
